What airport should I fly into?

Fly into Santorini (Thira) National Airport (JTR). It’s a small island airport, so flights often connect through Athens or another European hub. Once you arrive, your private transfer will be waiting.

Will someone pick me up at the airport?

Yes. We’ve got you covered. Private airport transfers are included for both your arrival and departure. No taxis or guesswork—just show up and we’ll take care of the rest

What are the exact dates again?

The Mastermind kicks-off in the early evening of October 14th and ends on October 18th, 2025. We recommend arriving during the day of October 14th, as the event will begin with a Welcome Cocktail Reception at a nearby venue. Your ticket includes 5 nights accommodations from Oct 14-19 (with check-out being October 19th).

Can I bring a guest or spouse?

Absolutely. Guests are welcome, and we’ve created a special add-on price. This is the kind of experience you’ll want to share. Just let us know during your application and we’ll send the full breakdown.

Will I have my own room?

Each guest (or couple) will have a private room in a beautifully renovated boutique hotel. Double occupancy is included for those bringing a guest.

What meals are included?

You’ll get two meals per day—a mix of curated restaurant experiences, group breakfasts, and private chef-prepared dinners. The only meals not included are those during your free time to explore or if you’d like to try something solo.

How much downtime will we have?

We intentionally designed this for both growth and relaxation. You’ll have one structured session per day (no more than 3 hours), a mix of group excursions, and plenty of free time to explore, rest, or have 1:1 chats with the hosts or other attendees.
